Shunta Grant is the founder of Best Today® , a wellness tech company that creates tech-enabled communities and content and products to help women optimize their time and live healthier, more intentional lives.  As a former attorney, a business owner and mother of two, Shunta understands the unique challenges that face the modern day woman when it comes to time. 

Her signature product, the Best Today® Guide, is a 14-week undated weekly/daily guided planner that differs from traditional planners by helping customers to create healthy routines so that their daily lives reflect what matters most in their current season of life.  Shunta is also the host of the Best Today® Podcast where she shares empowering and encouraging lessons weekly.
