This is the third episode of The Summer Edit series which is a collection of more personal and intimate episodes. If you are new here, then usually in solo episodes I teach on topics and I may give my personal experiences. In the Summer Edit episodes, I’m not doing as much teaching in the way that I normally do, and because of that the episodes are a little shorter.
The Summer Edit allows me to take a bit of a break from the work involved in teaching and interviewing. If you missed the first two episodes, then check them out. The first episode was about spiritual maintenance which sheds light on why the Summer Edit is even a thing. The second episode, God is Not Limited by the Facts Pt. 1, is actually the first part of this episode so you definitely should check that one out. It’ll give you the foundation for what I’m discussing in this episode.
We tend to do a really good job of bringing God down to our level of experience instead of rising to His level.
In this episode, I lay out my experience with the latter. God is calling us to Him, so let’s not place limits on Him. It’s going to bless you.
More on facts and truth...
In this episode I covered…
- A recap of the difference between facts and truth
- Limits of the facts
- The power of the truth
- My personal experience with facts and truth
- What the blood of Jesus provides
