Last year, I met Katy Harvey and she introduced me to a concept called intuitive eating. I grew up during a time where you had to eat all of the food on your plate. This grows into a compulsion to always finish the food on our plates no matter how full we are.
Intuitive eating helps with this. It isn’t a diet but a way to be more in tune with when we are actually full.

Katy is a “non-diet” dietitian and Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS) with a master’s degree in dietetics and nutrition. Katy realizes that even health professionals like doctors and other dietitians often give misguided advice, making health and recovery a challenge.
She has learned that most of the world around us doesn’t “get it” when it comes to having a healthy relationship with food. Her passion is helping you find peace with food and within yourself, and she’s the perfect person to teach about intuitive eating.
