How to Overcome Limiting Beliefs That Hinder Purpose

What if you know your purpose is calling for you to do something that you don’t believe you are capable of? This is how limiting beliefs present themselves.

If you do not think you are capable, then there is a strong chance that you will opt to not walk in your purpose. This is how limiting beliefs hinder purpose. As your kind, yet no-nonsense purpose pusher, that can’t happen on my watch!

So, I had to call in some reinforcement. I invited Kimberly Boone, a licensed clinical therapist, on the podcast to not only explain in detail what limiting beliefs are, but to also help you move past your limiting beliefs.
