Navigating Self Discovery on the Road to Purpose

Purpose requires a great deal of self-discovery, which for some reason a lot of people tend to shy away from.

In this episode, I sat down with Antonique. Antonique’s story is powerful and enlightening, so I knew I had to share it with you.

Antonique is a transformation coach, mental health advocate, and wellness enthusiast. She is a current clinical mental health graduate student and a lover of all things that bring peace, love, and light to this world. Antonique guides women of faith on a journey of becoming their authentic selves.

A journey that she unknowingly embarked on herself three years ago and has committed her life to ensure women do not have to go through their self-discovery journey alone as she did.  Antonique’s passion for mental health and transformation coaching is rooted in her personal experience navigating through life. She teaches through a lens of compassion, gentleness, and unapologetic self-love.

In this episode we covered…
  • How she discovered transformational coaching
  • Antonique’s experiences that lead to her own self-discovery journey and transformation
  • What did the work of discovering who she is looks like?
  • The most effective self-discovery avenues
  • How her self-discovery felt
  • What Antonique lost during her transformation
  • Books that helped her along the way to self-discovery
  • Tips for ensuring we are being true to ourselves
