Sometimes taking care of yourself means shedding dead weight from toxic relationships. You may be wondering, “well, what are toxic relationships and how do they impact me and my purpose?”
A large number of people are constrained and imprisoned by their relationships. This can turn into a barrier to purpose. Some are constantly belittled by their parents, others are manipulated by spouses, and some experience gaslighting from friends. This isn’t how our relationships are supposed to operate.
In this episode, I had the opportunity to chat with Samantha and we really got into the nitty-gritty of toxic relationships.
