Trusting God’s plan for your purpose can sound good, but when it gets challenging it doesn’t feel good.
My discussion in this episode shows that sometimes we have a vision for ourselves that isn’t quite God’s vision for us. While our vision may be good, it isn’t God’s best.
Arminius Patterson is the CEO/Founder of Dapper Down To Earth, a fashion empire that specializes in styling, and custom wear for men, women, and kids.
Arminius created the Audacious-by-Arminius brand under his empire. This upscale retail establishment specializes in providing customers with high-quality bespoke suits, shoes, tuxedos, shirts, and accessories.
Through his brand, Arminius has also launched a “Dapper-ship” program that is available for select high school juniors and seniors. Students are afforded the opportunity to learn how to sew, style, measure, and select fabric. The students are fully compensated and they are equipped to conduct one on one custom suit consultations.
Arminius has helped shape the “Dapper” World into a space that is welcoming to all. He continues to be a philanthropist in the Greater Jacksonville Community by using his story of success to help empower others. Specifically, he teaches those seeking to become full-time entrepreneurs to focus and believe in adjustments and not excuses.
